Registration/POLICIES

Click here to download and print the registration form to enroll your child in a class or workshop. Registrations are accepted by mail; we do not accept telephone registrations. Send mail-in registrations to: P.O. Box 652, Concord, MA 01742. Please make check payable to CONCORD YOUTH THEATRE. Please call or email us at 978-371-1482 or concord_youth_theatre@concordyouththeatre.org with any questions or to verify that we received your child's registration. Assume your child is enrolled unless we notify you that there is a problem. No confirmations will be sent, except by email when requested.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Tuition is due at the time of registration. Your space is guaranteed only when payment is received. YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED when we receive your registration unless the class is full, but you are welcome to contact LIsa at 978-371-1482 (mailbox 2) or concord_youth_theatre@concordyouththeatre.org if you wish to confirm your enrollment. All classes are contingent on sufficient enrollment. Your tuition will be returned if class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. REFUNDS (minus a $25 processing fee) GIVEN ONLY IF THE OFFICE IS NOTIFIED 48 HOURS BEFORE START OF FIRST CLASS.
